Demo & Renovation LLC was built from the ground up on hard work, family values, and a dream that started right here in Klamath Falls, Oregon. We're more than just a remodeling company — we're a team of craftspeople who care about quality, relationships, and creating lasting spaces for the people in our community.

Founded in 2022, our company was born from a lifelong desire to follow in the footsteps of a family deeply rooted in the trades. With 11 years of military service shaping our work ethic and leadership, we’ve created a business focused on service, integrity, and results. From the first nail to the final walkthrough, we put pride into every project.

Our Story: From Paint Store to Remodeling Company

Our roots go back generations in Klamath Falls. Growing up here, family wasn’t just important — it was foundational. Our grandparents ran a respected local paint store, Jack's Color Chip, which eventually became part of Rodda Paint. As the family business evolved, we stayed involved and connected to the world of construction, paint, and remodeling.


After years of contributing to that business and serving in the military, the dream of starting something personal — something lasting — became too strong to ignore. In June 2022, Demo & Renovation LLC was officially launched. Since then, we've grown one project at a time, committed to learning, improving, and earning the trust of every client we serve.

The founder of Demo & Renovation LLC is a proud Klamath Falls native and U.S. military veteran who grew up surrounded by tradespeople, tools, and the belief that hard work builds a better future. After years of military service and contributing to the family’s legacy in the paint industry, he launched this company to create something of his own — while honoring the people and values that shaped him.
